STOLEN CHROMEBOOK
Students must immediately report any lost, stolen, or damaged device to the school technician, Mr. Nguyen ([email protected]@clayton.k12.ga.us).
For stolen devices please follow these steps:
Step 1: Obtain your device serial number from the school technician
Step 2: Next, your parent/guardian will have to File a Police Report.
Step 3: Bring the Police Report to the on-site technician at Northcutt Elementary School, Mr. Nguyen
If available, a loaner device will be provided until the replacement Chromebook arrives only after we have received the police report.
Once the replacement Chromebook arrives it will be swapped out for the loaner device.
**Remember Chromebook are property of Clayton County Public Schools and will need to be returned when your child leaves Northcutt Elementary. **
The technician’s hours at Northcutt Elementary School are: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
